Join us following worship on Sept 25th for a captivating Adult Ed presentation. Christine Lette, of our congregation will share what attracted her to Buddhism and how its teachings complement and reinforce her Christian faith. She brings with her a special guest: Venerable Monlam is a young Buddhist nun from the Sravasty Abby in the forest near Newport. She will present a short history of the Abbey and explain basic Buddhist teachings. The class will begin promptly 15 minutes following worship. Don’t miss a minute of this presentation.
